This is close to how I imagine Elvira's dragon form.

Elvira's parents grew up in the Embergear Creed which automatically made Elvira part of the creed as soon as she was born. When Elvira turned five, she showed signs of shifting. Her parents taught her how to shift into her dragon form and how to control herself as a dragon. At age nine, her dragon form slowly began to show in her human features. She is able to show certain dragon features at will with no effort. At the age of eleven, she began training in the creed's military forces in combat before being able to use her dragon form in anything. Finally at age seventeen, she finally reached the title of Mentor. She is the youngest in all of the creed to reach such a title. A team was assigned to her who follow her every order diligently without hesitation. She is now very respected in the creed after working so hard to prove herself and earn the title of Mentor at such a young age.
